Serves: 1 1/2 cup Total Time: 5 minutes

  • 1 can cannelini or northern white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

This one is super easy. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with vegetables, pita chips or as a sandwich spread. It will last for
