It’s a nice change from regular hummus and has a particularly thick and creamy texture, not as nutty as chickpea hummus but equally as good.
Serves: 1 1/2 cup Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can cannelini or northern white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 small garlic clove
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
This one is super easy. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with vegetables, pita chips or as a sandwich spread. It will last for
